By installing, opening or using Receitório, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the app.
About Receitório
Receitório is a tool for home bakers and small producers to organise recipes, ingredients, packaging, costs, inventory, sales and other operational information. Commercial, tax, accounting, food-safety, operational and pricing decisions remain yours.
Who you are buying from
Purchases made on this website are sold by Rafacst Consultoria LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 66.424.919/0001-10, with payment processed by Stripe. Purchases made through the App Store are sold by Apple, under Apple's own terms. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.
Free features
The tools in the Production area are free to use, as provided in the app. That includes recipes, ingredients, packaging, base preparations, organising your production, and the price calculator, with cost, profit margin, suggested price and food cost.
Paid features
The tools in the Operations area are for paying users. They include expenses, shopping, inventory, sales, import, export, data transfer and the other operational controls the app provides.
Monthly subscription
With a monthly subscription you have access to the paid features for as long as the subscription is active. The subscription may include a free trial where that offer is available. It renews automatically each month at the price shown at purchase, and continues to renew until you cancel it. The price, the billing period, taxes, promotions and the applicable terms are shown before you confirm.
Yearly subscription
The yearly subscription is sold on this website only, and is not available as an in-app purchase. It gives access to the paid features for one year, renews automatically each year at the price shown at purchase, and continues to renew until you cancel it. It may include a free trial where that offer is available.
Lifetime purchase
With the Lifetime purchase you have access to the paid features and to future updates of Receitório for as long as the app continues to be developed and distributed. It is a one-time payment with nothing to renew. It does not guarantee that the app, operating systems, third-party services or app stores will remain permanently available. The price, taxes, promotions and applicable terms are shown before you confirm.
Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it lets you use the paid features before any charge. Trials are for people who have not subscribed before. When the trial ends, billing starts automatically for the plan you chose unless you cancel first. Cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.
Automatic renewal and how to cancel
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them, and you are charged the price in force for each new period. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you subscribed on this website, cancel through the management link sent with your purchase email, from the account page on this site, or by writing to the contact form. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and it stops the next renewal; it is not a refund of the current period.
Right of withdrawal, and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with an equivalent rule, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from it without giving a reason, and to be refunded. To exercise that right, write to the contact form within those 14 days. Outside those countries, refunds for purchases made on this website are handled case by case through the same contact. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, under Apple's own rules.
iCloud, storage and transfer
The app can store data locally on your device and sync it through your own private iCloud where that is available. Some functions depend on system permissions, and on the availability of iCloud, the local network, the camera, files or external services. Which of them work can vary by device, operating system, region, permissions and your own settings.
Online lookups and third-party services
Receitório may query third-party services or public databases to help fill in information from receipts, QR codes and barcodes. These may include ConsultaDANFE, the official Brazilian state tax authority pages for NF-e and NFC-e, Open Food Facts and GTINHub. Receipt scanning reads Brazilian NFC-e QR codes, so it is only useful in Brazil. Lookups are offered as a convenience, can fail, change or return incomplete data, and should be reviewed by you before use.
Responsibility for data and results
You are responsible for reviewing data that is imported, scanned, calculated or filled in automatically. Receitório is a tool that supports organising and pricing. We do not guarantee any financial result, margin or revenue, nor tax, accounting or food-safety compliance, nor any particular business decision.
Acceptable use
Use Receitório lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, interfere with how the app works, infringe the rights of others, use data without authorisation, or use the app for anything illegal.
Updates and availability
We may change, improve, suspend or remove features of Receitório to fix problems, add capability, adapt to technical change, meet legal requirements or adjust third-party integrations. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Privacy and data protection
How personal data is handled is described in the Receitório Privacy Policy, at https://receitorio.app/en/privacy-policy/.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where the seller is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the app, in the plans, in legal requirements or in how we operate. The version published on this page is the version in force.
